Class Timetables
Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays in Presentation Girls School, Main Street, Maynooth. Juniors are aged from 7-14 years and seniors are over 15 years. Circuit training is held on Thursdays for those over 15 years of age. You are more than welcome to drop by to one of our training sessions, see Mugendo at first hand … then decide if you or your family want to take part.
Junior Classes:
Monday — 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Wednesday — 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Senior Classes:
Monday — 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm
Wednesday — 7.00 pm to 8.15 pm
Thursday — 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm (Circuit Training: 8 weeks course – pay per class)
